If you are ready to move forward in welcoming an Australian Labradoodle into your family, please fill out our online application form below. The information will assist us in choosing the right puppy for your family.
Your $500.00 deposit should accompany this form. Deposits are NON-refundable but are transferable to another litter with availability.
Preferred method of payment is Email Interac to
angela@PupBridge.com — this method is quick, easy, and has the lowest cost. If you choose to send via PayPal please add 3% to your total for the PayPal fee.
Adoption Process
From application submission to home date — here is how the process works:

Fill Out Your ApplicationList all of your preferences so we can get to know you and make a great match for you and your future puppy. We will contact you once your application has been reviewed to let you know the best litter to reserve from.

Submit Your DepositOnce you have decided to commit, a $500.00 deposit is required — preferably via Email Interac. PayPal is available but please note a 3% service fee applies. Your deposit secures your spot in a litter.

Puppies Are BornOnce puppies are born from your reserved litter, we will contact you with a picture of the litter and confirm the specific home date for your puppy.

Individual Puppy PhotosAt approximately day 17 after birth (once puppies open their eyes), we begin individual photos of each puppy and will email families updates. Photos will be sent directly or posted to our Flickr — accessible via the Flickr button on our homepage.

Personality Testing & MatchingAt approximately six weeks of age we do personality testing and match each puppy to the family based on all preferences listed in the application. This process has worked very well and families have been extremely happy. We will send you a picture of your new family member at this time, along with your contract and health guarantee via email. Full payment is also due at this time.

Home DateWe will have provided a specific home date shortly after birth so families have plenty of time to arrange to be available to receive their puppy. If you are unable to make this date work, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make alternate arrangements.
Health Guarantee
The health of your new PupBridge puppy is extremely important to us. We are sure your new companion will enter your family happy, healthy, and with a clean bill of health.
Breeder's Responsibility
The breeder guarantees the puppy/dog is in good health at the time of delivery or pick up. If the puppy is found to be in poor health with a life-threatening condition, the Buyer has the option of returning the puppy (buyer's responsibility) to the breeder within three days of delivery or pick up for a full refund. Proof of condition will be provided to PupBridge from a vet; PupBridge reserves the right for a second opinion.
The Breeder provides a two-year warranty after the date of sale against any serious genetic disorder that affects the dog's quality of life. Should a serious genetic disorder be discovered, the Breeder will offer a replacement puppy from the next available litter. Your puppy does not need to be returned to us. All veterinary records must be supplied to the Breeder. In the case of HD the Buyer must provide documentation from PennHIP or OFA. In the case of cataracts or PRA the Buyer must provide documentation from a veterinary ophthalmologist.
The Breeder reserves the right, at the Breeder's expense, to have the dog checked by a veterinarian of the Breeder's choice before offering a replacement puppy.
The dog is only guaranteed to the original purchaser. If the dog has been sold, the health guarantee becomes null and void.
Please Note: PupBridge puppies go to families with a spay/neuter contract. Families are required to have this done by six months of age. The ideal time is 12–16 weeks of age for the quickest recovery.
