Fill Out Your Application Fill out an application so that you can list all of your preferences and we can get to know you and make a great match for you and your future puppy. We will contact you once your application has been reviewed to let you know the best litter that will work for you to reserve from.

Submit Your Deposit Once you have fully decided to commit to a PupBridge puppy reservation, a $500.00 deposit is required — preferred through Email Interac to angela@PupBridge.com as this method is quick, easy, and less costly. PayPal buttons are available but please note all PayPal service fees are added, and if you choose to send directly from your PayPal account we require you add a 3% fee.

Puppies Are Born Once puppies are born from the litter you have reserved from, we will contact the families with a picture of the litter and provide the specific home date for you at this time.

Individual Puppy Photos The next communication will be once all puppies have opened their eyes at approximately day 17 after birth. At this time we start individual pictures of each puppy and will email the families updates. Pictures will be sent directly — and if you don't receive pictures, check our Flickr page (accessible via the Flickr button on our homepage). When you hover over a picture it will show the mother's name, and clicking will enlarge the photo.

Personality Testing & Matching At approximately six weeks of age, we do personality testing and match each puppy with the family based on all preferences listed in the application. This process has always worked very well and puppy owners have been very happy. We will send you a picture of your new family member at this time, as well as the contract and health guarantee via email. Full payment is also due at this time. Once you receive your contract, please review, print out, sign, scan, and return both pages to angela@PupBridge.com. Final balance details are due at that time and will be provided to you at the same time.

Home Date We will have provided a specific home date to you shortly after birth in order to give families plenty of time to arrange to be available to receive their puppy. If you are unable to make this date work, we will place you on the next available litter. PupBridge appreciates your understanding — we have limited time between litters and plan our schedules accordingly. If you choose to have your puppy flown home to you, we will arrange approximately one week before the home date and provide all information and payment details to you.

Vet Papers & Puppy Pack You will receive vet health papers and pedigree, as well as a blanket with the scent of your pup's littermates to help with the transition to their new home.

This will give you detailed information about what you may need for your new puppy, as well as helpful information regarding food, potty training, crate training, grooming, care, vaccination, and microchip information.

Current Feeding Schedule Puppies are currently eating NOW for Puppies Small Breed (chicken/duck flavor) three times daily at 8am, 12pm, and 5pm. This can be adjusted as needed and the number of feedings reduced based on your schedule.
